Our SiMO photodetector chip covers the detection of wavelength 800nm-1600nm. Due to its hign photoresponsivity and shorter photoresponse time, it can be widely used in optical fibre communication and data centres, autonomous driving and LiDAR, medical imaging and biosensing, industrial detection and machine vision and other industries.
